Winter is here so that means we want some winter warmers!
As part of the food week at Two Fellas, I’m bringing a classic pub curry night to Pankow.
We will have a Merg Makhni (Butter Chicken), which is made with chicken thigh pieces marinated in a yoghurt and spices before being cooked into a gravy of tomato, cream and ghee.
We also have Wattaka, a Sri Lankan pumpkin curry with red onion, curry leaves and green chilli in a rich coconut based gravy.
Both of these are served with Afghani Lawangi rice, pickled amchur carrots and a papadam.
Goes great with some delicious beer from Two Fellas!
