What is an Australian Brunch?
You’re guaranteed to see at least one Avo toast dish, a variation of an eggs Benny and a “dessert for breakfast” dish.
It’s defined by a huge variety of ultra fresh and seasonal produce, put together in interesting flavour combinations.
It’s about being completely open to food influences of our long history of immigration, especially the foods of Italy, Greece, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Lebanon (Sometimes even combining them).
Australia is a melting pot country and in places like that, cuisines can really be explored without limitation.
The food is obviously in the forefront but the secondary factor is having a lazy weekend morning, rolling out of bed to meet a group of friends and indulge in something special. The ritual of it is one of the best parts so please join us for this one.
