Generally changing menus every time but we will always have variants (but not in the Loki way) of an Eggs Benedict, avocado toast and a waffles dish. Some of the big hits of the past Include the scrambled eggs and beef shin birria tacos, the sous vide steak & eggs Benedict with Bearnaise, a Mediterranean avjcado toast with baba ghanoush, and the milk chocolate waffles with tonka bean, white chocolate and fresh strawberries.
Not to mention the selection of handbaked pastries including sweet pies, danishes, and croissants.
OR the bottomless coffee, mimosas, bloody Marys or tasty craft beer from the bar.
Yes, I am very serious about brunch.
Let’s get on to the next menu:
HASH BROWN SANDWICH-
Fresh crispy hashbrown with, a fried egg, fried green tomato, rocket, avocado and salsa verde
(Recommended with some extra bacon!)
SICILIAN AVOCADO TOAST-
Sliced avocado topped with warinated nocellara olives, N’duja, lmeon and basil on fresh handmade focaccia with a side salad
Chipotle pulled pork (or jackfruit) with refried white beans, pico de gallo and charred lime cheeks in fresh blue corn tortillas and a yellow tomato, zucchini and coriander salad
TROPICAL WAFFLE STACK-
Fresh Belgian waffles with pineapple-mango compote, coconut ice cream, ginger syrup, fresh mint & toasted coconut
Poached eggs with a saffron hollandaise and a chorizo, potato and red pepper hash topped with grated manchego

A range of fruit filled pastries and cookies
topped with optional ice cream
