Wheat Pale Ale

A beer that, try as we might, refuses to fall nicely in one category. Our lightly hopped Wheat Pale Ale has it’s roots in the American Pale Ale: a clean fermenting ale yeast with a modest kick. Add German wheat malt and copious amounts of Huell Melon hops and things start to get interesting.
Thanks to this new wave German hop, our Wheat Pale Ale is perfect for spring and summer. The aromas of strawberries and honeydew melon are light but present, while the hop bitterness keeps things well balanced.
